Monique Lhuillier grew up in the Philippines and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream and study at the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising. With an obvious talent for design, she debuted her first bridal collection in 1996. A few years later, Monique was inducted as a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Now recognized and respected in the fashion industry on an international scale, she has had the honour of dressing celebrities and political figures from Halle Berry to Michelle Obama and designing wedding dresses for Natalie Portman and Jennifer Aniston.

From the Secret Garden inspired 2014 Monique Lhuillier Fall Collection

Featuring heavily in her 2014 fall bridal collection are nature and wilderness inspired fabrics and florals. Her showroom has been transformed into an enchanted secret garden to show off her beautiful designs.

The simple flow and gathering of this gown with glamourous V-back and embellished clasp, makes it one our favourites.
